Put your points in Str and Con, and you can safely dump Cha (Int needs to be at least 13 for combat expertise).
Sorcerer is the most straightforward and most used solo unfair class. That and using items/planning for very high spell DCs. Only the very early and endgame are difficult (assuming you turn off xp share in the options). Well you can use the discoveries to specialise in one weapon and get the dex to dmg. Multiclassing make you loose the ultimate mutagen (+8 str, con, dex and -2 the others) and some extracts.The thing with vivisectionist is that you are dealing damage with sneak attacks. So the more attacks you have the more damage you do. To do sneak attacks, you have to shatter the defences of enemies (for modded game, see below the post) so i took that feat. Improved invisibility also helps with sneak attacks.

I finished unfair with a 4 scoundrel, 16 vivisectionist woljif, and even with the massive dex i still needed alot of support from the party to hit the enemies with huge ac but it was doable, also with infusion you get +4 to ac for the whole party, that alone is pretty useful.
